I was reading last night I couldn't sleep at like 3 in the morning. Damn it. Although, I'm kinda glad that I was reading. Because I stumbled across this short passage in my book. And I read it at least 4 times, you wanna know what it is don't you? Alright, Here it is:

"..I think that's just how some people are, they outgrow the names their mother gave them, they grow into something different, someone different from what anyone could have expected of them..Taking a new name is like being born all over again, into who they should have been all along..."

What do you think? I thought it was funny. Really, Ever feel like your name doesn't do you justice? Then again I've thought that maybe you have to grow into your name. You have to adjust, maybe the world has to adjust, maybe that nickname grows old and your real name suits you better after a few years, days, or months. You know what I mean? Or perhaps its backwards, for instance, Your real name doesn't rise up to your expectations. As tho it's not describing you correctly. Maybe it lacks the spark you think that you need to make it. Or maybe it is just right and you can't see it just yet.
